In these unprecedented times we here at DIAL Great Yarmouth are hoping you all keeping well and staying safe. We would just like you all to know we are still continuing our work to help the people of the Borough but are available only by telephone, Monday - Friday between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm. We are still able to book appointments which will be conducted by telephone. So, if you have any concerns, queries or need our help, please call us on 01493 856900 and we will endeavour to do our best with your benefit and financial issues whether they have been created by Covid-19 or not. Keep watching Social Media for any updates as they arise.

Below are posters from various organisations offering advice and help during this difficult time. Plus on Social Media there is a group you can join called Great Yarmouth Borough Mutual Aid Covid-19 and also like and follow CATCH - Citizens Advice Tailored Community Help. Both these have lots of information as to what is going on plus help and advice. So give them a look.
